Great(greatstagelighting.com) commitments that you can submit an application online order or contact with Great(greatstagelighting.com)  technology center for returned goods issues  or other repair goods questions ,if your goods can meet the following conditions:

1.We guarantee that all our products are ‘as stated’ in their descriptions. ‘100% QC’ and be inspected and packaged in good condition before shipping. Don’t sign if package reached in unsealed condition.  

2.We provide  1 year maintenance warranties (excluding all accessories,except the bulb). If the goods is found defective, please contact us within 7 days after you sign the package. Buyer will burden shipping cost back and forth and component cost occurred for maintenance. Seller will provide free parts and help repair products if any problem , if need that repair parts to send except that bulb , we will pay that shipping cost to send you that free parts .   If you donot know how to repair goods , we will take pics or video to help you step by step until all  well .

3.The product returned will be fully tasted. We will refund if the item is in its original condition or replace a new one for you if the defective item is confirmed shipping.  

 

The following conditions shall not issue a return:

For over Paul merchandise (more than of warranty products);

Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, into the liquid, accident, alteration, errors

Indeed caused by the installation of the quality of goods, or torn, altered stickers, machine serial number, security marking;

Packaging of goods, accessories, gifts, brochures incomplete, missing or altered invoices;

Damage caused by force majeure;
